چکیده

Our knowledge of the evolution and role untranslated region (UTR) in SARS-CoV-2 pathogenicity is very limited. Leader sequence, originated from UTR, found at 5? ends all encoded transcripts, highlighting its importance. Here, leader sequence was compared between human pathogenic non-pathogenic coronaviruses. Then, profiling microRNAs that can inactivate key UTR regions coronaviruses carried out. A distinguished pattern found. Mining available microRNA families against sequences resulted discovery 39 with a stable thermodynamic binding energy. Notably, had lower stability microRNAs. hsa-MIR-5004-3p only able to target SARS lesser extent, also SARS-CoV-2. However, decreased remarkably SARS-COV-2. We some plant low energy Meta-analysis documented significant (p < 0.01) decline expression MIR-5004-3p after SARS-COV-2 infection trachea, lung biopsy, bronchial organoids as well lung-derived Calu-3 A549 cells. The paucity innate inhibitory bind contribute high replication infected

Designing an ELISA Method for Measurement of Human IgG and IgM Antibodies against SARS-CoV-2

Background and purpose: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a respiratory disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). In this study, an indirect ELISA method was designed to measure the human IgM and IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV-2. Materials and methods: Protein sequence of nucleocapsid antigen from SARS-CoV-2 was expressed in E. coli BL21 and then was...

In silico design a multivalent epitope vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 for Iranian populations

Background: Due to high genetic variation in human leukocyte antigen )HLA( alleles, epitope-based vaccines don’t show equal efficacy in different human populations. therefore, we proposed a multi-epitope vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 for Iranian populations. Materials and Methods: For this purpose, the proteins without allergenicity and high antigenicity as well as conservancy level from SARS-CoV...

SARS-COV-2 Virus; Immune Responses and The Immunopathogenesis

Abstract Background and Objectives Clinical features of SARS-COV-2 virus include fever, headache, cough, sore throat, and shortness of breath, and in severe forms it leads to disseminated intravascular coagulation, septic shock, and ultimately death. Excessive secretion of proinflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1 leads to cytokine storms in this disease. The emergence of new va...

Achieving Effective Treatment Goals against New Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) by Identifying the Molecular Details of the Virus Genome

Introduction: We are currently faced with a global epidemic of a new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) that It affects not only thousands of people in China, but all over the world. The rapid increase in cases appears to be related to the active genome of the virus, which may affect its pathogenesis. An understanding of the novel coronavirus genomic organization will help us in understanding their origi...
